Steve: I remember the Belco Service Ltd. I think we bought gas for the truck there once or twice. I don't ever recall patronizing them for mechanical work. Back then we did all our own mechanical work and scrounged for parts. Maybe Rob went there once to fix a flat when we were coming back from a fishing trip on one of those rarely used logging roads. He had it repaired somewhere but I don't recall If he had the tire repaired at the Belco Service Ltd. I guess the retreads kinda pooped out after three hundred some odd miles on a seasonal gravel road and 3000 miles across Canada. Those retreads weren't bad --all things considered.
