Steve: This image reminds me of some lush, tropical land like Venezuela but in fact represents the Coast Mountains in Beautiful British Columbia Canada. On some rainy days when the clouds hung low on the mountains I sometimes imagined dinosaurs roaming this ancient land. If you love wilderness and wild places this was the place to be but that was back in 1974 and I do not know what the place looks like now. I imagine the logging companies have sacked most of the mountainsides of old growth timber where economically feasible and have fouled and silted the spawning rivers and streams of trout and salmon virtually eliminating a generation of these amazing and beautiful creatures. Humankind must learn to restrict its human population numbers or the life support system of the planet will cease to function thereby facilitating a vast human die-off.
